Agencies and businesses that need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering client site data can request one by contacting our support team.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards with our infrastructure and sub-processors.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay, consistent with GDPR requirements.
